System Privileges

General Philosophy


Administrator

Admistrator is the highest privilege set available in BrewBook and therefore users with this privilege set are able to do pritty much anything and are fully autonomous in their work. As an administrator in BrewBook you gain the required authority to administrate accounts and analyze financial data.

User

The user privilege set is designed to allow normal users to be fully autonomous in managing brews, inventory, stock and orders. Accounts associated with this privilege set can't administrate accounts, view or work with either invocies or tax reports. Accounts in this privilege set has a generally limited ability to delete data.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

The DPO privilege set is a special privilege set that allows you to manage personal information stored in BrewBook and to help you acheive GDPR compliance. Only one active account at any moment can be associated with this privilege set.
